Get Ready for Camp Rock!
StageCoach St. Louis Park is pleased to announce the Main School (ages 6-16) will be working on the Twin Cities premiere of "Camp Rock: The Musical" for the 2012 Winter/Spring Term!
This summer at camp was supposed to be all about the music and having the time of their lives. But the new, flashy Camp Star across the lake now threatens Camp Rock's very existence. To keep the doors open, Mitchie steps up, rallies her fellow Camp Rockers, and gets them into top shape for the ultimate showdown! Disney's CAMP ROCK: The Musical, based on the hit Disney Channel Original Movies Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, will fire up our stage with over a dozen songs, including 'This Is Me', 'Can't Back Down', 'It's On', and 'We Rock'.
The Winter/Spring Term begins on Saturday, January 14, 2012 and runs for 16 weeks through May 12, 2012. Tuition is $635 and a 50% discount is available for siblings enrolled after the oldest child at the regular tuition rate.
The Main School works on the musical during the term and performs it for parents and families on the final day of classes. Students rehearse in acting, singing, and dance classes, as well as together as a full company. It is a great term to learn performing arts skills as well as the power of teamwork! Past productions include junior versions of Willy Wonka (2011), Guys & Dolls (2010), The Music Man (2009), and Annie (2008).
You can register anytime on our website! A $75 for new Main School students allows them to try our program for the first 2 weeks/sessions. Continuing students pay their balance on the third week of classes. No balance of fees are due if your child decides not to continue in our program- so the cost and commitment are low until you are sure this program is the one!
